Giant squid, funky cakes and crocheted superheroes… it's the launch of Knit the City!

Friday night was the launch of our new title Knit the City by Deadly Knitshade at the brilliant Gosh! Comic shop in Berwick Street, London.

The store was yarnstormed, as you can see in the pictures, with knitted superheroes and there was also an appearance by Plarchie, the giant knitted squid.  The event was a big success and was very well attended. ‘Deadly’ was joined in signing books by the rest of the guerilla knitters and gave a fantastic speech which entertained the crowd.
